I am currently booking new intake appointments. Intake appointments are typically 15 minutes in duration, free of charge and completely voluntary. During the intake, your reasons for seeking a service for yourself or your child will be discussed to determine if I am the right fit to meet your needs. Services at Psychology Forward are fee-for-service. Rates for services will be discussed at the initial intake appointment. Payment is due on the day of the session. You will be provided with a monthly statement to submit for insurance reimbursement, if you choose to do so. Payment can be made via Paypal, bank transfer or by credit card.
